Network Marketing Group will
consult with the client prior to starting any work.
During this time both parties will discuss the client’s
needs and expectations. The initial consultation will be
of no charge to the client.
During this consultation, the client will be given a
Website Planning Worksheet. The client should fill out
this document completely as possible for our site
designers to fully understand the client’s needs.
After receipt of the Website Planning Worksheet, Network
Marketing Group will draft a contract with a quote and a
scope of services. If all information is to the client’s
satisfaction, then both parties can enter into a final
contract.
Web Design Services
Network Marketing Group will provide website design
services as specified by the client. Any additional
information needed to complete the website (pictures,
documents, access to information, etc.) will be supplied
by the client at our request. There may be instances in
which we may need to research or obtain addition
documents ourselves. Depending on the extent of this
work, an additional charge may be applied (on a
case-by-case basis).
As development of the client’s site progresses, we will
provide updates of our work for approval or changes.
Network Marketing Group will make design changes only at
the client requests or if a change is necessary for a
successful end result. Any modifications will be
documented and communicated to the client pending
approval before a change is made.
Intellectual Property
Network Marketing Group holds no rights, ownership,
copyrights, patents, or trade secrets of its clients.
All information, documents, and images provided to
Network Marketing Group for the development of a website
will remain the sole property of the client. Network
Marketing Group will not use any client information to
market or sell to a third party. Any information
provided to Network Marketing Group will be returned to
the client upon the completion of a project.
The client hereby acknowledges and agrees that Network
Marketing Group reserves the right to use the client’s
company name and web address for the sole purposes of
referral and marketing our web development services. The
client also authorizes Network Marketing Group to
maintain on the Network Marketing Group website a link
to the client’s website.
Project Completion
Upon completion of a project, all information deemed
property of the client will be returned. This
information includes a backup copy of the site for the
client. Network Marketing Group will also maintain a
copy for emergency purposes at the client’s request.
Copyrights and Authorship
For the purposes of website design and development,
Network Marketing Group reserves the right to retain
authorship privileges to the website, while the client
maintains full ownership and copyrights to the site. The
client reserves the right to assume full authorship
rights and privileges to their website upon delivery of
the final product from Network Marketing Group.
Restrictions
Network Marketing Group services will be used for lawful
purposes only. We reserve the right not to provide
services to organizations or individuals that practice
unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing,
defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, profane,
hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
activity or material, as determined by Network Marketing
Group.
Payment
Network Marketing Group is dedicated to providing
affordable solutions for website design. Negotiated
prices for services will vary from client to client
based on need. Network Marketing Group will provide the
client with a detailed invoice for all services
performed. The client agrees to promptly pay for
services provided in accordance to terms agreed.
Ongoing Maintenance
Network Marketing Group can provide ongoing maintenance
for a site at the client’s request. This includes
updating the site, working with the web hosting vendor,
troubleshooting, etc. This service is provided at an
additional cost.
Web Hosting Services
Network Marketing Group is a web-hosting provider and
can provide reliable full featured hosting services that
will meet your budget and needs. If you decide not to
use our hosting services, we will work with any web
hosting vendor of your choice.
